New and looking to improve on your weightlifting? More experienced and just need a tweak here and there? Our new 6 week Weightlifting Course is for you!
The first scheduled course will be on Saturdays from 7:30am-8:30am and run from 6/23-8/4(minus July 14th). Both the clean and jerk and snatch will be covered in detail and each class is designed to build on the one before it.
This class will be coached by CrossFit Level 2 and USAW Sports Performance Coach TJ Callahan. Cost is $50 for Roost members and $99 for non-CrossFit members.
