Hiit stands for High-Intensity Interval Training. This class uses mostly body weight movements and is a very effective, yet fun cardio workout. This class is available and beneficial for athletes of all levels. You do not have to complete a CrossFit Fundamentals class to do Anna's Hiit classes.

Specialty classes such as HIIT and Kickboxing are included in your membership! Drop ins are $15 and always welcome!
