CrossFit combines both cardio and strength training in a group setting for a very effective workout. At The Roost, we keep a 12 person limit on our CrossFit classes so we can give each athlete the attention they deserve. Each class is about an hour long. In CrossFit, you will find yourself pushing limits and reaching goals you never thought possible as well as making some pretty great friends along the way.  CrossFit is easily scaled for the individual and all of our classes have varying levels of athletes attending. Our CrossFit Fundamentals class is recommended for those who are new to CrossFit or Olympic Lifting.
