-No CrossFit experience required
-Good for ANY fitness level
-Nutrition help included
-2 classes per week in the gym
-Additional homework for you to do to increase activity outside of the gym
-Accountability and peer support
**Classes are Tuesdays/Thursdays at 11:30am**
