How has CrossFit changed your life?
Besides improving my physical strength, it simply makes me feel better in everyday activities. I feel more energetic and confident as well. CF classes also make me want to move faster, work harder and lift heavier than the day before!
How did you get into CrossFit?
I initially got into CF years ago when I saw an advertisement for it while I was going to Graham Fitness. I went to an intro class and signed up that day to continue. Good thing I was hooked before the pain set in!
What/who inspires you?
All of us bad ass peeps at The Roost inspire and motivate me. We give our all in classes- no matter if it is a 45min or 10 min WOD. There is nothing like a PR or mastering a new movement to inspire me to keep coming back for more!
